EM Anywhere
EMAnywhere allows individuals to collaborate from different locations. Individuals log on to the collaboration when a session is created and broadcast through the internet. There are webcams set-up in the EMtrix facility. EMAnywhere allows multiple individuals in multiple locations to view live video feed from the microscopes at the EMtrix facility.
Collaboration Video Plugins
To participate in a collaboration session you will need to download and install the video plugin for the web browser you are using. (Internet Explorer plugin, Mozilla plugin) If the video feed is still not visible after you install the plugins you will have to download and install the Collaboration Video Feed Fix.
Record your collaboration session
The EMtrix facility now offers the ability to record your collaboration session. The feature is not usable until you install three plugins. Click on the link below to download the plugins. Currently this feature only works with Internet Explorer and does not work with Apple computers. If you have any problems please feel free to contact Josh Burnham . Collaboration Session
Connect to a collaboration session. You will be asked for your username and password.
