temThe Hitachi H-7100 TEM produces high resolution (2 Å) and high contrast images, which are perfect for various specimens.

The TEM is user-friendly and has many useful functions including an automatic pre-irradiation system, a super low dose function, digital image shift, image rotation and a stigmonitor for precise astigmatism correction even at low magnifications. The “Hiper” stage offers many convenient functions such as a magnification-linked specimen control stage, micro-navigation to keep track of stage motion, an electro-magnetic image shift at the press of a button, automatic stage drive to the starting point, memory positions or specimen exchange position, Images can be recorded using standard film or digitally.
