Quartz XOne is a powerful energy dispersive x-ray analysis system. The software is capable of analyzing samples to determine elemental composition and concentration. It includes the Quartz TrueSpectrum fully-digital x-ray pulse processor that can greatly improve the resolution, throughput, convenience and productivity of any EDS(x-ray dispersive system) detector. The graphical spectrum information and text results can be sent through the clipboard to any word processor, spreadsheet or desktop publishing and the results are ready to be included in your programs for the ease of reporting.
